I am a design enthusiast based in South East England. When I am not pursuing creative endeavours I am playing videogames or making my kids trudge around local National Trust sites in the rain.
My creative design work started in 2010 with my Creative and Media Diploma. I started out with a very keen interest in photography, videography and video editing. I also kindled a love for creating graphics and producing layouts.
Studying in a subject area that I enjoyed made it possible for me to work alongside my studies. In 2012 I was able to participate in a video project for Barclays PLC alongside seasoned professionals.
For a time, I was an assistant wedding videographer before taking maternity leave in 2015. Since then, I have worked on ad-hoc video editing projects, including video essays, videogame reviews, and small segments of animation.
In 2013 I worked with B&Q PLC to design a customer sign up form for their new DIY Club. After having my children in 2015 and 2019 a lot of the work I have taken on has been for smaller projects – wedding and business stationary and branding advice. I have been the layout artist and graphic designer for Camber Community Newsletter since September 2020.
